1. Use of Service
By using NavyOS you agree you are 17+, hold or held a valid U.S. military affiliation (active-duty, retired, veteran, or dependent), and will not use the service to violate any law or regulation.
2. Reference tool — not authority
NavyOS provides educational content. It is NOT official DoD policy, NOT medical/legal/financial advice, and NOT a substitute for your chain of command. Verify every admin action with MILPERSMAN, NAVADMIN, your LPO, LCPO, or command career counselor before acting.
3. Subscription & billing
Paid subscriptions (Pro Monthly $4.99 / Pro Annual $39.99) are processed by Apple on iOS (via in-app purchase) and Google Play on Android. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. To cancel, use your Apple ID subscription settings (iOS) or Google Play subscriptions (Android). For iOS refunds use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com. For any billing dispute, email support@navyos.app and we will advocate on your behalf. Pricing may change with 30 days notice; existing subscribers are grandfathered for the remainder of their current cycle.
4. NavyBot AI
Outputs are AI-generated and may be incorrect. Do not rely on NavyBot for legal, medical, or operational decisions. Do not input classified, CUI, PII of third parties, or operational-security-sensitive content.
5. User conduct
You may not: reverse engineer, resell access, scrape question banks, or use NavyOS to automate fraudulent advancement testing. Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Intellectual property
NavyOS content, branding, and codebase are owned by NavyOS LLC. Navy regulations and NAVADMINs are public records included as permitted fair use / government works.
7. Limitation of liability
NavyOS is provided "as is". We are not liable for any consequence of actions you take based on NavyOS content. Maximum liability capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Your data is deleted within 24 hours of account deletion request.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
10. Not affiliated with DoD
NavyOS is independent and not endorsed by the U.S. Navy or Department of Defense.
